Trust and Estate Administration
Dunlap Moran’s Private Wealth Practice Group offers comprehensive estate administration and trust administration services to trustees and personal representatives throughout the state of Florida. Our attorneys provide excellent guidance to our clients on the complexities of Florida probate and trust administration laws. We additionally assist with those many other issues that often arise during trust and estate administration, including probate and trust litigation matters. Our attorneys handle estates of all sizes and types, in all Circuit Courts in the State of Florida. Additionally, we prepare formal and informal accountings, resolve creditors’ claims, and distribute estate and trust assets to the named beneficiaries, and assist in the preparation of all required federal estate tax returns.
