Jessica Y. Featherstone

Ms. Featherstone was born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma and relocated to Bradenton, Florida in 1990. She graduated from Florida State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, cum laude. Ms. Featherstone obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from Florida State University in 2009 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in the same year.
Since graduating from law school, Ms. Featherstone has concentrated her practice primarily on real estate law, with a continued emphasis on both residential and commercial real estate matters, representing individuals and businesses in the acquisition and sale of all types of real property. She is experienced in handling new construction, transactions involving foreign sellers, private financed and seller financed deals, 1031 exchanges, business entity deals, among other types of transactions.
Ms. Featherstone resides in Sarasota, Florida with her husband, fellow real estate attorney, Ryan Featherstone and their two children, Landon and Juliette.
